What are loyalty points?
Loyalty points transform the amount of your orders into points that give you access to unmissable discounts.

How can I earn loyalty points?

Where can I check my points balance?
Your points balance and order history can be checked whenever you want through your account.

Do the points expire?
The balance will be updated in real time and will expire in 1 year. It means one year from the date of creation of the single point, therefore, if on 10th of February 2020 you have gained 5 loyalty points, these 5 points will automatically expire on 10th of February 2021. Once the points have expired, it will not be possible in any way, with no exceptions, to recover them.

Can I also use points for in store purchases?
No, points can only be accumulated through purchases made on our e-commerce www.biotekmilano.com and can only be spent on future purchases made on our e-commerce.
